Terms & Condition

1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your use of 6away.ai (“Service”) and any related products or services.
By subscribing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
Payments and transactions are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. When you make a purchase through Paddle, you enter into a direct contractual relationship with Paddle.

2. Subscription Plans

6away.ai offers three subscription plans:
Plan features and fees are detailed on the official Pricing page. 6away.ai reserves the right to modify plans or features, providing users with reasonable notice.

• Free Plan: For explorers who want to experience the 6away ecosystem.

  ✅ Get featured in general community updates
  ✅ Access to learning and updates from the network
• Founding Member – Reciprocity Circle ($190/month)
  Includes everything in Free, plus:
  🚀 Founding Member NFT (1 of 21,000) — symbolizing the 6 Degrees of Separation & Unity that power our mission
  🤝 Guaranteed 1+ curated match per month — personally handled by both our AI and human team
  💬 Daily WhatsApp check-in — AI-powered reminders and matchmaking prompts
  🌟 Featured profile on Partners Page and priority in all network searches
  🧩 Active Matchmaking by Humans + AI — “Your needs get both human attention and machine precision”
  💼 Priority support + early access to experimental reciprocity tools
  💎 Lifetime Founding Member Recognition — your contribution is etched into the project’s genesis ledger

3. Payments & Billing

All payments are securely processed via Paddle Checkout.

• Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and issues all receipts and tax invoices.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected.
• Prices are denominated in USD and may include applicable taxes calculated by Paddle.

4. Renewals and Cancellations

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

• Users can cancel anytime from their 6away.ai account or via Paddle’s billing portal.
• Upon cancellation, services remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which accounts revert to the Free Plan.

5. Refunds

Refunds are processed exclusively by Paddle, following its Checkout Buyer Terms and Conditions. Refunds may be granted for billing errors or duplicate payments in accordance with Paddle’s refund policy.

• Refund processing can take up to 7 business days

6. Account Responsibilities

6away.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, violation of law, or non-payment.

You agree to:

• Maintain accurate account and payment details.
• Use the Service lawfully and in compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy.
• Keep login credentials confidential and notify us promptly of unauthorized access.

7. Service Availability

We strive for uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime.

• From time to time, maintenance or updates may cause temporary interruptions.

8. Price and Plan Changes

We may adjust prices or plan features.

• Existing subscribers will receive at least 14 days’ prior notice before any changes affect their billing.

9. Data Privacy and Processing

All data collected is handled under 6away.ai’s Privacy Policy and Paddle’s Privacy Policy. (Please see seperate section)

• Paddle collects and processes payment details under applicable data protection laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

6away.ai provides its Service “as is,” without warranties of any kind.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform or third-party integrations.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of UAE.

• Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE.
